Joseph C. Gretzula, D.O., F.A.A.D. is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 39 years of experience in South Florida. He is the Director of Boynton Beach Dermatology and the Founder and Medical Director of Beauty Within, a wellness and anti-aging Center, created to transform traditional medicine to achieve healthy human longevity in a more personalized manner.
Dr. Gretzula is board-certified, recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology and is internationally recognized as an expert in aesthetics, lasers, and skin cancer. He is a key opinion leader for both InMode and UltraClear, utilizing the latest technologies in revolutionizing facial rejuvenation. Beyond his dermatology training at the University of Miami, Dr. Gretzula possesses a Degree in Pharmacy, having graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. He incorporates that knowledge, as well as his knowledge of wellness and anti-aging, into his practice providing a more precise and personalized form of medicine incorporating mindful meditation, nutrition, peptide therapy, sleep and stress management to promote overall health and anti-aging benefits.

Nicole Hill, PA-C
As a certified physician assistant with 12+ years of experience and a track record of treating over 10,000 patients with advanced aesthetic procedures, Nicole Hill, PA-C is passionate about helping her patients attain their aesthetic objectives and restore confidence.
As a national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute and having trained over 250 injectors, she has mastered the skill of using popular neurotoxins and various filler types to achieve natural looking results. Furthermore, she has extensive expertise in performing a variety of skincare treatments, including laser skin resurfacing, skin tightening, IPL, non-invasive body contouring, and RF microneedling.
With a bachelor’s degree in food science and human nutrition and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies, Nicole’s comprehensive treatment plans ensure that all her patients attain their aesthetic and wellness goals through her artistic skills, knowledge, and dedication to perfection.
Jules Reardon, LME, CPE
With more than 19 years of experience, Jules is a board certified CPE & Laser Technician and a results-driven Medical Aesthetician. Utilizing cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, she has the unique ability to identify the most appropriate methods to enhance each patient’s personal appearance. Jules is dedicated to creating a visible change in her patients, taking the time to listen to their specific needs and concerns to provide tailor-made treatments for them.
